Here’s how it works
Y.C.P. TUNE-UP VISITS We will send a courteous and qualified technician to visit your home twice a year to do a full precision tune up and inspection of your plan covered heating and air conditioning equipment. The technician will perform the tune up according to our exacting procedures and inform you of any deficiencies found, if any. There’s no added charge for the tune up because you’re already a YCP member. Any deficiencies found will be serviced at a 15% discount. (The first year of your plan coverage will consist of 3 YCP visits at the beginning, middle, and end of that first year; each subsequent year will consist of 2 YCP visits.)
HOW TO QUALIFY The initial visit is a qualifying visit. Your system is not yet covered by Your Comfort Plan. The technician will complete the initial tune-up inspection and inform you if there are any issues or repairs that need to be addressed. Any needed repairs will be serviced at a 10% discount to bring your system up to qualifying standards.
SERVICE CALLS If your system should break down while you are a YCP member, don’t worry. You will never pay overtime rates for calls after 6pm or on weekends. You will enjoy priority service and a 15% discount on any and all repairs. And 5% discount on system replacement.
